The half-day Customer Awareness and Response Education (C.A.R.E) seminar is designed for frontline personnel and provides them with the knowledge and skills to deal with difficult situations and uncooperative individuals. Our comprehensive in-class C.A.R.E seminar provides participants with experienced insight into safe work practices and effective techniques for dealing with difficult situations and/or people. Giving participants a solid foundation and the confidence in carrying out their duties.

This seminar is designed for frontline Employees in all Sectors. In particular, frontline Workers, Supervisors and Managers. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a seminar attendance certificate.

There is no prerequisite for this training course.
Equipment Required
There is no training equipment required for this course. Participant training manuals and all required reading materials are included in the cost of the course. Mandatory participant dress code is business casual.
